THE MEDICAL ACT 1981

An Act Respecting the New Brunswick Medical Society and the College Of Physicians and Surgeons of New Brunswick

WHEREAS the New Brunswick Medical Society and the Medical Council of New Brunswick have by their joint petition prayed that it be enacted as hereinafter set forth; AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to grant the prayer in the said petition; THEREFORE, Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1. This Act may be cited as the Medical Act.
