Section 34
34 Any person who applies to be registered under the Medical Register, the Regulated Licences Register, the Medical Specialists Register, the Medical Education Register or the Osteopathic Register shall
(f) apply therefor in the prescribed manner,
(g) satisfy Council that he is the person named in any diploma or documentation submitted in support of such application.
(h) satisfy Council that he is of good character,
(i) provide such information as Council may require, and
(j) pay the prescribed fee.
