Section 34.2
34.2(1) Where the Registrar is not satisfied with the evidence presented by a person applying for an enabling certificate or registration, he may refer the matter to the Complaints and Registrations Committee, and shall refer it if the applicant requests in writing.
34.2(2) Upon a referral pursuant to subsection (1), the Complaints and Registrations Committee, in consultation with the Registrar, shall consider the eligibility of the applicant and may make such inquiries or demand such further information as the Committee sees fir, and the Committee shall report its findings and recommendation to Council
34.2(3) Upon the Committee reporting to Council under subsection (2), Council shall consider the application in accordance with this Act.
