Section 39
39 The Registrar shall in each year cause to be published in the manner prescribed an annual list which shall include
(a) the names of those persons and corporations who hold a licence;
(b) the names and specialties of those persons who hold a specialist's licence; and
(c) the names of persons listed in the Regulated Licences Register under section 28.1.
