Section 41
41 Notwithstanding anything contained in "The Pharmacy Act", a medical practitioner or osteopathic practitioner who holds a license may dispense, compound or administer drugs or medicines in the course of his practise of medicine or osteopathy, and may make reasonable charges for any services rendered or goods supplied in doing so.
