Section 42
42 Nothing contained in the "New Brunswick Dental Act 1985" shall be deemed to prohibit medical or osteopathic practitioners who hold a licence or a professional corporation which holds a licence from doing, in the course of administering medical aid or treatment, anything for which registration is required under that Act, or from doing anything in an emergency to relieve pain or suffering of a person, or making reasonable charges therefor.
