Section 43


43(1) A person licensed under this Act who practices medicine or osteopathy in violation of any condition or limitation contained in his licence commits an offence.

43(2) A person who practices medicine or osteopathy

(a) while his licence is suspended or revoked, or

(b) without a licence,
commits an offence.
