Section 44
44(1) A member of the College who leaves the Province and practises medicine or osteopathy on his return to the Province prior to providing the Registrar with a letter of good standing from all jurisdictions in which he had practised during such absence commits an offence.
44(2) Council may waive the requirements of subsection (1).
