Section 54
54(1) The College and the member whose conduct or fitness to practise is being investigated have the right to be represented by counsel on an inquiry by a Board of Inquiry, and on the hearing of any appeal.
54(2) A person who has requested that a Board of Inquiry be established under subsection 58(11) has the right to be represented by counsel on the inquiry by the Board of Inquiry and on the hearing of any appeal.
54(3) For the purposes of this section, "Counsel" means a member in good standing of the Law Society of New Brunswick.
