Section 65
65(1) Nothing contained in this Act shall affect, modify or limit any law applicable to the confidential or ethical relationships between a medical or osteopathic practitioner and a person receiving the professional services of a medical or osteopathic practitioner.
65(2) The relationship between a professional corporation carrying on the practice of medicine or osteopathy and a person receiving the professional services of the corporation is subject to all applicable laws relating to the confidential and ethical relationship between a medical or osteopathic practitioner and his patient.
65(3) All rights and obligations pertaining to communications made to, or information received by, medical or osteopathic practitioners apply to the shareholders, directors, officers and employees of a professional corporation.
