71 The presence of the name of any person or corporation in a document purporting for any year to be an annual list published by the Registrar pursuant to
section 39 constitutes
prima facie evidence in any court of the fact that a person or corporation whose name so appears is or was registered and licensed at the time of publication of such annual list.
