Public Service License
- For purposes of registration under Section 26 of the Act, "public service of the province" shall include:
- employment by the Department of Health and Community Services or its equivalent; or
- employment by a hospital, institution, commission, regional hospital corporation or similar authority.

Except as otherwise allowed by the Act, the practice of a member licensed under this section shall be limited to such roles and locales as determined by the employer.

Eligibility for license under this section shall be determined by a review of the applicant's qualifications by such means as the College deems necessary, which may, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, include:
- evidence of such specialty training and certification as would in the College's opinion, adequately prepare the applicant for the intended practice situation;
- period of assessment within a clinical setting;
- vidence of eligibility for licensure in another jurisdiction;
- evidence from such other sources as may be available.

- In addition to any other requirements imposed by the Act and Regulations, licensure under this section shall be under such terms and conditions as set by Council at the time of registration, or at any other time subsequent.
- Registrations under the previous Regulation shall continue under the terms and conditions stated above.
